Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from the Netherlands and deliver across the European Union.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times Netherlands and Belgium: [1–2] business days after dispatch Rest of the EU: [3–5] business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to delays at the carrier. By law, your order will be delivered within 30 days at the latest unless we agree otherwise with you.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your order. Orders over €[50] qualify for free standard shipping within [the Netherlands and Belgium].

Track and trace Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Incorrect address Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Delayed or lost parcels Has your parcel not arrived within the estimated delivery time? Contact us and we will investigate it with the carrier right away.
